So….I got a call from our realtor today and…THEY ACCEPTED OUR OFFER! We are now proud home owners! All that’s left to do is hire the inspector (our realtor says he knows a guy who will do it and do a great job so we’re going to use him), have the house pass inspection without any major problems, finalize the loan, pack up all our stuff, sign the closing papers, move in! Sounds easy right? We’ll see. Anyways, we are very happy to finally have a place we can call “ours”…and I am very happy that we will finally have a place to put everything! <3
